IRON LADY was the best young bird on the 2008 race team. She has been first on numerous hard and long tosses prior to the race series. She is very beautiful and is awesome in the hand. She is medium-sized, smooth feathered, balanced and buoyant, very strong backed, with a single tail pin, and excellent eye sign. She is extremely excited by her mate; but is also bonded to me such that she will display when I enter her section of the race loft. I always treat her specially by speaking to her and spending time with her everyday.
Her grandparents and great-grandparents are pictured below IRON LADY's pedigree. Her paternal grandmother is the BLAUW WITPENNEKE, the 3rd Ace Fond or Long-Distance in the Kemp. Fond Club in the Antwerp Union in 2002. Her grandfathers are full brothers. They are both children of the SUPER ACE, 2 times 1st Ace Middle-Distance Hafo Lier in the Antwerp Union 1988 and 1989, coupled with the full sister to the KANNIBAAL, one of the most famous pigeons in the world and 1st National Ace Belgium 1996. IRON LADY's maternal grandmother is a daughter to a 1st National Ace for Tom & Karl Hufkens, friends of Antoine & Maria Jacops.
