EMILY is an outcross between the Soontjens pigeons of Denis Sapin and the speed pigeons of Emile Fourmanoir purchased at Fourmanoir's final dispersal auction. Her father, DIESEL, is a son of DESLIMME, a 5 time 1st prize winner coupled with a daughter of OSCAR, an 18 time 1st prize winner. The daughter of OSCAR also won 2 - 1st prizes herself. 2483's mother, AVERIL, is a full sister to ASTERIX and ASTEROID, the 13th Ace Vitesse (Speed) pigeon in Belgium. Her mother's parents, the BEAUTIFUL BLUE and SPEED QUEEN, were purchased by Dr. Lamberton at Fourmanoir's final dispersal auction and were the top pair of breeders in the auction according to Filip Herbots.
