| AU 2012 LAMBERTON 97, DARTH VADER, is a beautifully balanced and buoyant male with very smooth silky feathers. He bred three young hens in 2014 and all three of them were in the top ten pigeons on our race team earning multiple AU Championship points and one of them, 47-14, "COMPASS," winning 1st Ace Pigeon in the Club and Combine. DARTH VADER's father is BELG 05 6046862 blue check male that was purchased in the breeding loft of Antoine Jacops, Vorselaar Belgium as a young bird. He is a genetic combination of the best racing pigeons from Antoine Jacops and Flor Engels. Jacops and Flor Engels were very close friends and exchanged their very best breeders as an outcross for each others breeding lofts. Antoine introduced me, Dr. John Lamberton, to Flor Engels and I snapped a picture of them together which can be seen at the bottom of this web page. DARTH VADER's dam, the DARK DIAMOND, is a granddaughter of Jacops' DIAMOND ACE, a 1st Ace Long Distance in the Antwerp Union Belgium and brother to two other 1st Provincial Ace pigeons: the SUPER ACE, a two-time 1st Ace Pigeon in 1988 and 1989, and the WITPEN ACE. The DARK DIAMOND also goes back to the excellent breeders of Flor Engels. Consequently, DARTH VADER is line-bred to the best pigeons of two of the most legendary racing pigeon fanciers in Belgium and the perhaps the world: Antoine Jacops and Flor Engels. | ||
