ASTEROID is a full brother of ASTERIX, 13th Ace Vitesse BDS Belgium for Emile Fourmanoir.  The parents of ASTEROID and ASTERIX are the BEAUTIFUL BLUE and SPEED QUEEN that were purchased by Lamberton Racing Pigeons at the complete dispersal sale of Emile Fourmanoir.  While ASTERIX was purchased at the sale, ASTEROID was hatched in 2005 at Lamberton Racing Pigeon's loft in Hakendover Belgium.  The Fourmanoir pigeons are known for their phenomenal speed.
