TULSA STATE FAIR LIVESTOCK ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Tulsa State Fair Horse Advisory Committee was formed in 1984 in order to assist the Tulsa State Fair with its annual show.  Committee members represented various breeds of the Tulsa equine industry including Quarter Horses, Paint Horses, Pinto Horses, Palomino Horses and Buckskin Horses to name several.  Several years later, the Advisory Committee was renamed the Livestock Advisory Committee and was expanded to include other animals which were shown at the Fair including cattle.  Dr. Lamberton was invited to be a member of the Advisory Committee in 1984 when the Committee was first assembled representing Buckskin Horses.
